                A freshly renovated building comfortably located away from the hustle of the city, surrounded by a calming forest. You’ll live far enough from the city to enjoy nature, but just a bus ride away from the city centre.

Inside, you can choose from a variety of 1-3 bedroom flats, Pent-House apartments and flatshares all furnished with exactly what you’ll need to settle in and create a home. 
Outside, you’ll have immediate access to the surrounding forest with walking and biking trails, a ropes course and playground.
                

                What you need to know: 
- Minimum contract term is 12 months with a 3-month notice or a 6-month minimum contract with a 100 EUR monthly increase. 
- Deposit is equal to 2 months' rent or a deposit insurance with our partner Rentcard
- All-inclusive rent: Includes all utilities, electricity, WiFi, regular events and access to community spaces such as a long bar, lounge, a terrace, coworking area.
